The water arrow turtle is a water attribute Pok é mon. It is a giant turtle shaped Pok é mon that mainly walks on two legs, and sometimes also walks on four legs. The body of the water arrow turtle is dark blue. Its front and back limbs are short and thick, divided into sections due to joints, and both have three toes. Its tail no longer resembles waves, but has become a thick and short blue tail. Its jaw is light yellow and its ears are triangular. Its torso is covered with a huge and thick turtle shell, with a brown back and a pale yellow belly, with white edges in between.
